Not going to the gym today.
My legs are sore and yesterday at work was busy so I moved my day off up this week.
Ill have to go friday now which will be harder as it i the day after Boxing.
I am always sore after my session.

I'm thinking of takng up kick-boxing for weight loss shorlty - there's a gym up the road from my work, but the trainer seems to be a real hard-arse... there's always people running around our work estate that look like they're going to pop a lung! --- which I probably would do after a couple of kms.
but really, what I'm building to here is the fact that we can have a showdown... 3 rounds in the ring, gloves on... loser buys the beer and cooks dinner! --- plan?
