I am in need of someone to design a workout program for me.
I feel as if i am going half cocked on it.
For reference this is what i normally do.
30 minutes on the eliptical
10 minutes on the treadmill
then weights
chest press
shoulder press
cable chest flys ( or whatever they are called)
seated cable pull down
shoulder presses with dumbells
tricep extensions
bicep curls
hamstring curls
leg extensions
abduction *RUN . RUN FAST BITCHES ( EDIT: thanks tunnel vision! haha.. whatever the fuck these things are called... )
adduction
leg press ( close)
leg press ( wide)
calf raises
2 sets each 10-12 reps
then 20 minutes more of cardio.
i tend to lax on the ab work. Ill never have a 6 pack anyway.
HELP?

i go 3-4 days a week .
it takes me about 2 hours for this workout.

looking at your current plan..i think first off you should use the treadmill (or jog in a park) go six days 45 mins a day--with as much jogging as possible, walking only when you have to--and not stopping for breaks, unless you are really fat.
women used to going light on cardio usually respond right away to 45 mins a day...and ease way back on lifting, some is great..but too much is just going to make you spend the rest of the day stuffing your face. pick 3 upper body machines one day (2 or 3 sets), and 3 lower body machines the next..and so on.
unless really needed, avoid those awful jogging bras. sexy is a big part of this, if you can stand a little jiggle, it is a good thing, seriously! (sounds sexist i know) trust me. go for it!
