I know what you mean. Since I was a kid, each mustle is quite huge, especially calves and upper arms. Some athletes said they envied my big mustle.
I was just sad because these boots were I've always wanted to have, and I have 2 pairs of boots which are from docs, and there was no problem. As long as I have these big mustle, I'll never became skinny. :p

I burn that many calories on the treadmill. I put it to the highest incline it will go and at about 2.5 to 3 miles per hour, for an hour. You burn so many more calories at an incline. It's ridiculous. I can't stay at that incline the entire hour yet, but it's my goal. I also work out at 80-85% max heart rate.

I'm off for boxing class tomorrow... did shoulders and back today... legs on thurs if my knee is up to it (I'm in soooo much discomfort from it!).
And still doing abs EVERY day... maybe one day they'll start to break through all the fat!
Good work on the number deletion --- cutting him out is gonna be for the best... although, it's a hypocritical statement from me seeings I had a text from my ex today asking for a 'ped hug' --- didn't quite know how to respond to that to be honest... I don't think it's a good idea though!
