Lump charcoal is the only way to go. I can taste the chemicals in briquettes now. It's a little bit more expensive (like $3-$4/bag), but worth it.

I've lost 100 pounds as of today.

Oh . and Today i won 500 bucks in the gym's 8 week weight loss challenge.
