blah...my sleep schedule is totally horrible. i really need to see a doc about this, but i don't think i could afford it anyway. besides, i hate going to any kind of doctor.
so, i might as well just come clean on this. i have some pretty severe ADHD. so severe that it totally gets in the way of me going to sleep. which is why i'm able to stay up sometimes for days on end, and why for the longest time i thought my circadian rhythms were off-kilter. anyway, so i have a huge struggle each night getting myself into bed, and to fall asleep. recently i've been losing this battle in big fashion. for example, tonight it will probably be 7am before i finally crawl into bed.
why don't i just go? well, i guess for the same reason that lemmings dive over cliffs. it's just our nature.

Yes, the kids are in the library, but it doesn't seem to be converting to more reading, unfortunately. They just want to use the computers to do chat rooms or myspace. For soem its because they don't otherwise have computer access. For others it's because there parents hastle them at home for being online too long. This way they can say they were at the library studying.
