metamorphosis

i'm having such an awful day. i studied my ass off for an exam, just to forget everything as soon as i sat down to take it. i'll be lucky if i get a 60. i have so much school work to do that there's no end in sight, and i never seem to make a dent in it. i've had an awful sharp pain in my chest and abdomen all day, and it feels like i punctured a lung or broke a rib, except it's not possible. i was so upset when i got home from taking my exam that i went into hysterics, and then the pains in my chest got so bad it felt like someone stabbed me everytime i breathed. and it's even been a year and a half since i quit smoking. guess i better go to the doctor, huh. instead of getting better about taking his medicine over the past week, my poor snake has gotten 10X worse, and now he's so stressed about it that he's even sicker. i have to take him back to the vet tomorrow because now he's really having trouble breathing. why does everything happen all at once? i don't know what i'm gonna do, i can't deal with this much stress...
