solomon has pneumonia.
i hate when one of my "kids" are sick. but now we know what the problem is and he's started on antibiotics and hopefully he'll be all better real soon.
work is real shitty right now, and REAL busy. and it's so hard for me to put in 100% effort because i know i have to leave there in a month. and to be honest, i'm bitter about leaving. even though i knew when i started that it was only a 6-month position, and even though i know they would hire me if they could. on a good note though, i got an interview for a position that i'm really interested in. of all the positions i've applied to [probably close to 50], this is the first positive reply i've gotten. it's in an academic lab at a med school, so it'll pay pretty shitty, but it's steady money with benefits. keep your fingers crossed for me.
leave me some happiness, pleeeease.

I hope the interview went well, I know what you mean by super busy and shity - mine's been that way since day one it seems. My fingers are crossed, and I hope all is well otherwise...
