metamorphosis

my new job is going really well. the best part is that the people i work with are awesome. the work is going to be really hard and tedious until i get used to it, but it's really interesting. no one ever said biochemistry was easy. i even got out of work early today in preparation for the weekend, and tomorrow is a paid holiday. yippee!

i wish i were doing something more exciting for the 4th, but i'll just be chillin out. going out tonight for my best friend's birthday, fireworks tomorrow, no plans yet for saturday... i hope something fun comes up.

i somehow managed to screw up my knee. it hurts like hell. my best guess is that i sprained my ACL, and i'm just praying that i didn't tear anything. i don't even know how i hurt it! will you kiss it and make it better?
