Today or tomorrow I should know where I stand in the next few days.
If I get a call from one place i will work there, if I don't then I will possibly go in become a video game tester. Seems to me like the most awesome job one can have, more repetitious than anything else but for 11 dollars an hour who can complain. The thing I like about it is is that its by contract so i can work lets say till the end of summer and if I have enough money I can work on my short film then or something else.
I dont know why its so hard for me to edit my old short film right now it should be as simple as pie, something that would only really take now 2 hours to do but watching it is painful for me mostly because its hard for me to look at my own work without having it under a huge microscope cringing at every last detail.
It's been about 4 months since I have had my iMac, and i must say I will never go back. I have never been computer savy but honestly I believe anyone can work a mac over working a windows, user friendly and all this other stuff too, you only have to worry about the price of the computer but you have that lets just say its money well spent, I should be a mac advertiser some are saying but its true. Mac in my opinion are so much more greater and superior to windows computers. Only draw back is no games, or very little.
Trying to get into SFU but it is a matter of waiting for teachers convention to be over in Alberta so I can get my references from my old Social Studies teacher, hopefully he will help me. if I can get in then I will get in through Criminology or Contemporary Arts-Film program.
if things don't fall on my lap last minute I will be going to the SGBC meeting I will go, doesn't look like there will be though.
Been fighting the sore throat for a month now or at least a coarse through, not enough to be coughing or losing my voice or anything bad just an irritated throat.
This solitary confinement waiting for my reference letter, waiting for my job, waiting for well everything. it's pretty lonely in my house these days with most friends working their asses off because Vancity is too expensive to live in. Going back to Edmonton isn't that much of a change either. I am trapped in Vancouver, hopefully something will turn up.
