So yesterday I went kayaking. Was invited by a friend of mine. Course, sounds like a GREAT idea, right? Kayak Lake Mojave! Sure...yea, lets do it! But next time, without the wind. >< The wind was blowing some good size waves, not to mention the assholes on the jet-skis. So the 8 of us set out. We had 4 doubles because we were supposed to have more people. I wound up with my own double, which on any given day wouldn't be an issue, except that it was fricken windy! It was a struggle getting out of the cove we started in. I didn't get much further because these two ladies had flipped their canoe and were having issues, so I stopped and turned around to help them out. Jet-ski came (BLAST!) and pulled the canoe ashore and I had the remaining person hold on to the back while I paddled in.
With that out of the way, found out my other buddy in a double was having issues, so we consildated and jumped onto one kayak. WAAAY easier, except still...the jet-skis were being bitches. Oh, and yea, we had to paddle up stream...which was conviently into the wind. Great. So two miles up we caught up with everyone else, who had gone ashore. There we stayed and swam around in a cove that was pretty well protected from the wind. Snorkeled a bit.
We had noticed some people on the other side, cliff diving, and I was just waiting for something bad to happen. Low and behold, trouble happend. Someone had slipped while jumpin' and messed up their shoulder. Now, thats fine and all...but then he started panicking. "I CAN'T BREATH!" well...you're screaming, ya tard! Me and one of my buddies went out since we were all ready in our kayaks, threw him a spare life vest, and had him hold on while we flagged down one of the jet-skis roaming around. Blah.
Soon after that we decided to pack up and go. Luckily though, we were with the wind at our back. Riding waves on a kayak is fun, though. haha. Anyhoo, pictars.
I'll have pics that I took up later. I forgot my SD card. ><

But hot dogs make great dogs! I admit, a grown man cant really walk one down the street with out being next to a girl, but they are total chick magnets! I do also want to get a Great Dane... I know, odd choice with two little dogs, but I have always wanted one! Good choice of dog for you though, I freaking love them

Thanks, I'm sure I'll figure something out. I think it would be cool to go to Vegas, that sounds like a blast!
