Hoozah! Finally back in Vegas. My, how I missed the 24hr bars...and gas stations. My flight was surprisingly quick, that is...after it got off the ground. The original flight plan was to take off at 0700 from Philly and fly into Memphis, landing at 1030. Then a short layover, and fly to Vegas and be back around 2 or so. Yea, well, that first plane had mechanical probs and was delayed til 9. Well, I was gona miss my connecting flight. So after some pestering, they couldn't find a direct flight to Vegas, so I got a new flight to ATL, but it wasn't due to go until after 1000. BLAH! But after that, it was smooth sailing...so to speak. Landed in ATL at exactly 1230, (time due was 1231), got off and found my gate to Vegas, and immediatly boarded. That one also landed on time.

So now I'm back and ready to get drunk again.

The highlight of my trip home was going to Rolling Thunder. Got to snap off a LOT of pictures. It's been a personal tradition of mine to go to some ceremony every Memorial Day or Veterans Day. Have been doing that since I was 13 or so. First time for me to go to Rolling Thunder, tho. It was GREAT! Also went to the Wreath Laying ceremony at Arlington Cemetary.
