Camera Suggestions

I don't do people... I prefer to take pictures of scenery and wildlife/nature. I currently have a Canon EOS T6 DSLR. I've been looking at the Nikon D7200. I know there's more to a camera than the camera. The lens is as important if not more, however, I feel the image quality of my pictures lack the depth I'm looking for. Anyone have recommendations for a mid-range?
