I decided that I needed a change in my lifestyle. I love to sleep, but stay up a little too late. I'm sluggish all day, I need to lose weight, and feel a general emotional drain, accompanied by depression. So I made a significant purchase - I bought a trail bike. It's like a mountain bike, but not expertly outfitted. I want to ride at least every other day. Improve my cardio, strengthen my legs (I work a desk job), and actually leave the house.
I don't plan on being an avid/enthusiast cyclist, but if it happens, great! Maybe my ass will look attractive in those bike shorts.
