Hello Everyone.
If you don't know, September is National Suicide Prevention Awareness month, and as a person who has friend(s) who have mental health issues, their suicidal thought or actions can be very stressful on your own mental health as well.
This really hits home at this time, because just recently, my best friend for life , who suffers from bipolar depression, had an episode, and is in the hospital recovering. They are getting better, and they are incredibly fortunate to have a great support system with myself and mother. and I, as well, with dealing with this my friend's mom has been very supportive as well. it is really hard sometimes. I have to give a shout out to another kind soul, and new friend, in @samms for taking time to chat with me and encourage me in this hard time. I hope to find more friends here also.
i so appreciate being able to make new friends on this platform, even if they are halfway across the world. There seems to be many great people on this platform.
Please, Everybody, If you know someone , or yourself suffering from depression and suicidal thought, please, please reach out to someone you love, and dont be afraid to ask for help. It is ok.
