Wow! That sounds very cool indeed!
There was one body on display at the exhibition that had some skin intact...and I could see tattoos, but couldn't tell what they were. It really brought home to me the fact that these had actually been people once - it was difficult to visualize at first.
Thanks for your sweet comment. I hope that circumstances are going well for you, too!

well, yes, i think i just want a break from the old people. dopn't get me wrong, i love the elderly for the most part - but living next to people with dementia, you start to actually lose your own marbles after a while.
yeah, i discovered i weas happier outside the UK pretty quickly - as much as people who visit sweden are like 'oh, it's expensive', i think everywhere is nowadays, and i don't find it that more pricey here, it's just that - with groceries for example - they don't really have the budget lines of products that we have. you know, supermarket's own brand of stuff - cans of beans for ten pence and such (student food the country over).
i'm going to go down to stockholm the end of next month, on my own i think - stay a night so i have two days to just wnader around, go to bookstores and stuff. should be fun. in the meantime, the houseguest. . yeah, i have no idea what to expect. frankly, she's talking about dressing my girlfriend up in drag, so. . . *raises eyebrow* who knows.
anyway. i hope you pick up with your writing again soon. i suspect it might do once you get to italy and settle in - travel, and new places tend to be inspirational in that sense, as is being happier with your surroundings.
good luck getting yourself ready for the trip

rough day for you then, hope its going better now.
i know what its like with the parents, there are other circumstances involved with my family, but suffice to say my side is very rarely taken, and lots of arguments happen as a result. i often think that being away from them all will make my relationships with them all be better. You can only hope that that will be the case when you go to Italy.
and the kids thing, i totally agree with, so go ahead and moan all you like!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I'm sure the umbrella wouldn't be seen as an asset!
How are your plans for traveling to Italy proceeding? I hope all is going well for you!

What is it? Fear of cutting loose, or fear of disappointing your current employer?

I'm just back from London where I literally melted. The subways were like 120 degrees !
Festivals sound like fun... wish I was back in time.
if you are near London go see our film, it opens this weekend.

Thanks again, luv, I appreciate everything. I kinda thought that'd be the case with the new Melissa P, though I think I'll give it a check out eventually. You look after yourself, okay?

Hi. Yes, what I wonder is exactly HOW much hard work it should be, a bit here and there, yes, sometimes for a while, but not ALL THE FUCKING TIME. That's just.. not "it." The relationship's just changed and I'm not sure he really admits that like I do. But he does say he agrees so I don't know. We'll see when we meet, in a few weeks.

I've been honest, and it made me feel better, but I still haven't made up my mind, or we, or ... I think I'm the once that will have the final word here, because he's not as unhappy with the relationship as I am.
Take care of your awesome self, y'hear?
