It's been my experience that when a friend tells you that they are pregnant asking whether or not they need a ride is not only totally appropriate, but totally awesome.

I'm in NYC right now. I love it. What I really love is getting away. Breaking up the normalcy of work and life. I adore traveling. When I was younger I lived overseas and it was so easy to go around Europe or Asia. Now that I'm based completely in the US it's very nice being able to travel to different states.
