Hi guys .
I'm here today because I decided to get in shape again, but I'm a very lazy ass so I have to start changing my food habits , I always had this problem with breakfast , never know what to eat because I don't even like to eat in the morning , I don't like milk, yougurts, and don't eat meat , giving you this , what ideas you have for me ?

Porridge is a good high energy breakfast with good fiber. You can mix in some protein powder for extra energy if you want or need as well.

The main thing is to eat well and regularly. Don't skip meals and then gorge later. I consider myself in good shape, I am 52 yrs old and am still 70kg in weight. I grow a lot of my own food so I eat fresh vegetables every day. I exercise every day but not too much, I walk my dog (border collie) for an hour in the morning, I work on my allotment growing crops, I practice tai chi chuan and I have remained fit and in shape. I think you need to find a balance that works for you and you can easily follow, be natural. Don't eat too much junk food, in fact eat very little of it. For breakfast I have a bowl of muesli that I mix myself, I have soya milk as I don't like cow's milk. Sometimes I have toast, wholemeal bread, and on it I spread butter, then Marmite (yeast extract) and on top tahini, try it, it is amazing. Of course you maybe one of those people who don't like yeast extract, in which case you'll hate it! I too don't eat meat, I have been vegetarian since I was 18 which I am sure is one reason I have stayed healthy.
