Hi all, today I'm blogging to tell you a bit about my astro sign. And how much I'm the complete opposite of what I am supposed to be, according to astrology.
So I'm a Libra. Yeah, you read this right. And this is how a Libra is meant to be. All websites and books pretty much say the same.
A Libra is meant to be very diplomatic, to avoid conflict, to be gracious, social, calm, seek harmony, and be EXTREMELY balanced.
Now reverse all of it and you have... me! Suffering from EUPD, I am by definition unstable, not calm, not balanced at all, and constantly seeking conflict (sadly) with ocd tendencies.
In other words, I have nothing of a Libra. Everything that makes a Libra is at the opposite of who I am.
Well, all except...
"The sign of Libra is an Air sign, set between Gemini and Aquarius, giving these individuals constant mental stimuli, strong intellect and a keen mind. They will be inspired by good books, insurmountable discussions and people who have a lot to say. No partner should make them forget that they have their own opinion."
I'm very much into books and value knowledge above a lot of things. I taught myself to be open-minded, I didn't grow up in a supportive, caring, curious household. Reading helped and still helps me broaden my horizons. Books have always been my only real faithful friends. I'm very artistic, which is apparently a Libra trait as well.
But maybe is it because I don't take into account my ascendant, Sagitarrius?
Ascendant in Sagitarrius tend to desire to travel as if it was a basic need. And well, I did move abroad. "Ascendant Sagittarius is convinced to represent distinct ideas and has the conviction that others have to share it, too." Which isn't completely untrue. Going back to the confict ocd mind.
But truth be told, I have never identified as a Libra because it's way too different from who I am. You can always find some few traits matching with your personality in your horoscope, and I read it at times for fun, but it's always so... boring.
Do you believe in yours?
Thank you @mistyy and @rambo
