Listened to a tribute to John Peel on his radio 4 show today and almost wept. I suspect I shan't be getting the access I used to to random music through him.
All I can think of are cliches, but we owe a lot to that mans random tastes. Radio really won;t be the same. We probably won't hear the next Belle and Sebastion. or PJH or Cave. Because theyll never get off the ground. That sucks.
