Epic blog entry.

So, Thursday night skANThony went to CT to go take care of a doctor's appointment, he'd been sick ALL WEEK, poor thing. Fever off and on, sore throat, general exhaustion. We figure, simply the flu right? he says he rarely gets sick, but he went to get checked out, and the poor thing has STREP THROAT and is on antibiotics. He rested Friday and may work Saturday if things go the right way. Go wish him feel-betters-fast because he needs some love. My super cute ginger face. ♥

I decided since the internet here at the Brooklyn apartment wasn't working at ALL and i was rather lonely an depressed from being cooped up (I get cabin fever pretty easily) I would drive to NJ and pick up greggster for the trip he was gonna make Friday morning to NYC anyways, and I didn't think it'd be that big of a deal, but the drive took like three hours and a buttload of tolls. Probably a bad decision in retrospect, money wise, but i got to be social and see maladjusted who i hadn't seen in ages, and greggy as well. we ha some beers and fucked off on chat for awhile then hit the hay around 2 am.

We were god and got up on time (715 am) and left the house by 8 am, making it to new york city easily, but then it took a good hour to go through traffic....

blah blah boring. on to the good stuff.

We caught the M and took that to the 6 train and met Jefer and pixiestix226 at Grand Central. I really wanted to take a picture there like in Party Monster, but i skipped it. Another time.

Jefer and and CFQ. We stopped in BK ner Times Squre for food for CFQ and FREE WIFI. so we got on chat while she nommed. She gave me a SARS mask too. they're awesome.



We decided, thanks to a suggestion from pixiestix, to go on a hunt for free Friday the 13th tattoos. We found a very reputable place,
Daredevil Tattoos, who was doing them (not for free, unfortunately) but for 13 bucks + 7 dollar tip. You chose from a sheet of about 15 images with flash of different things (like apples, cherries, swallows, and a broken key, for exampes) all with the number 13 on them. We signed our names to the wait list and were told we'd get a call and it'd be abouy 3 hours.

So, where do we go? A bar up the street again with FREE WIFI, and get proceed to have drinks and fuck off on chat for awhile. While there, edstar77 sees us in chat, notices we're only a block from his apartment, and comes to join us. Very nice dude.

We kill a lot of time drinking, like 3 hours, maybe a little more? Finally we get the magical call to come in for our tattoos. CFQ and I are the first in line since we were the firsts on the list.

I end up choosing the shark tattoo. I dunno why, it just kinda spoke to me. I don't have anything like that, so I figured why not!

I also end up getting tattooed by a total cutie pie named Brad. He was very nice and efficient, and he even invited me in to get FREE APPRENTICE TATTOOS (not by him, by a new girl named Nina). I hope they call me. I love freebies, and i don't mind being a guinea pig. They can always get fixed later on, the artist doesn't want his or her art to look bad and give them a bad rep. Nawmean?

Not a great picture but Greggster and I got the same shark, and we got the last 2 they tattooed. It was considered "sold out" after us because they did SO MANY and were sick of it. haha.


After that, we all kinda parted ways. Jefer and CFQ headed back to his place, she was beat from lack of sleep. Pixiestix followed me, Greggster, and edstar to bar 169 but left shortly thereafter since she had plans to do some kinda thing tomorrow morning that was important.

We hung out at the bar for awhile and I started to feel ill, so we left and got a cab back to the apartment. Greggster is crashing on the couch and I'm gonna finally head to bed.

I'm SO EXHAUSTED RIGHT NOW.

And I miss my skANThony like whoa. I can't wait to see him tomorrow, hopefully feeling a hell of a lot better now that he has antibiotics and good stuffs.

There's trouble brewing, I might not be able to stay in NYC after december 1, Anthony needs someone to take over his lease. If that doesn't happen, he has to stay, and I have to go. His roommate didn't want me staying longer than that. Sucks, I know.... but I hope something will work out.

I needed a night out with debauchery and silliness. I'm glad I could see everyone and have such a great time.

Thanks to Jefer and Greggster for helping with the tabs and the cabs and the tattoo. Awesome night guys, and I'm very happy I could spend it with ALL of you: Greggster, Jefer, CFQ, pixiestix226, and our late addition, edstar77. Good times (untill I felt ill from drinking since 4 pm).
