Sorry about the lack of posts. Packing, planning weddings, and a mentally exhausting job has made it tough to find time. The suck is I have a ton of stuff to talk about. Here is my top ten list of things I would like to talk about.
1. The space station is surprisingly complex. Far more than one would expect. Every day I wonder if I have gotten in over my head.
2. The space station runs on a massive amount of 386sx computers circa 1995. (With math coprocessors)
3. I want 150 people at my wedding. It looks like I will be getting closer to 200. I had overestimated the number of people that would want to come. Epic coolness can occasionally be a problem.
4. We have four countries and fifteen states attending our wedding.
5. Eighteen boxes of books and I still haven't packed them all.
6. Stephen Colbert doesn't NEED writers.
7. We are both getting Lord of the Rings wedding bands. Now there will be TWO RINGS TO RULE THEM ALL!!
8. I drive 50 miles a day and get 12 miles a gallon. I need a new car.
9. I've never voted in a primary or caucus. I think I'm going to try if I can figure out how and am eligible.
10. I leave for New Zealand in thirty three days. I should probably start figuring out what I want to do when I get there. I need more hours! Can you lend me some of yours?
