One word: OwlCon. I'm so freakin excited. Three days of D&D, Vampire LARP, Cthulhu Live, and general nerdocity all hosted 3 miles from where I live. I know what you're thinking, "But Jay, you are cool, have a rad girlfriend, smoke cigarettes, and get laid on a regular basis. What are you doing mingling with social dregs?". My only honest response is I used all my experience points buying 10d6 of cool. Before the event I'll have to bump up my constitution in order to handle the 14 hours of marathon gaming. *Glee*
I love how there is a new Insert Option in SG....YouTube. There really is no escape from it anymore. I will concede that some of it is funny, though more often than not it's just fucking weird.

I've been wanting to go to comic cons and fantasy/sci-fi conventions since I was twelve. Of course I'd probably have to go by myself. I have "cool" friends.
