This is my last installment of Process vs. the Final Product

I have been thinking about this quite a bit. Recently, I had a discussion about the analogy between the process of art and the process of life. I was sure that the process of life was important to the artist. What wasnt clear to me was when the final product occurred in life.

So, is my life just one big painting that I keep changing until the final product occurs? What happens when its finished? These things werent clear at first, but then it just hit me. My life is not a painting, and its not just a piece of art. My life is a museum filled with art. Every piece tells a story, and behind every story is the process. Every person I meet, and every emotion I have, everything I experience, and every choice I make is all part of my process. Ill fill that museum until there is nothing left to paint about; until I take my last breath. And in the end, I really dont care what any art critic has to say about what Ive done.

I hope this gives you some peace about the subject. I think I agree with your ideas though I am not feeling too profound at the moment. Sorry to disappoint. Perhaps later.
