All of my mountain bike crash injuries are getting better. I always say that if you're not crashing, you're not riding hard enough! There are lots of bruises left, and it looks like someone punched me in the eye. The body is a pretty amazing thing. I can't believe how quickly it heals itself sometimes. Thanks for the advice, and for wishing me well.
I also wanted to give props to Lance Armstrong for winning the Tour de France today. The guy is a totally amazing athelete, and definately the most dominant cyclist of his time. I got to see him win a road race here in Pittsburgh called the Thrift Drug Classic in the mid 90's. It was very early in his cycling career (pre cancer), and I'll never forget it. The guy is just great.

I had a great day today.. reguardless of sleeplessness (that doesn't even look like its spelled right, let alone a word!). My day was packed at work, and my evening in class was educational, and I came home & got a kiss ass spot right across the street from my building.. which happens about once a year... great day hope you had the same.. nice to meet you by the way
tell me about your bike.. what color, hard core biker?
