I saw Sin City last night. The movie was like watching the comic (which I guess was the point). In the comic, Frank Miller mastered the use of black & white negative space in his artwork. The movie was kind of filmed in the same way, which was incredible. Even if you're not a fan of the comic, go see it.
I also saw a rental the other night that I'm still not too sure about. I rented "Closer" with Natalie Portman, Jude Law, and Julia Roberts. All I can say about it is that Natalie looked incredible, Julia looked horrible, and I'm tired of seeing Jude Law.

350 WoD books... and growing. My goal is to own all the ones ever printed (except the new WoD 2.0 stuff).

Thats awesome to know! (about the music that is) becasue I thought there was going to be a huge revolt held against me for giving Louis XIV a poor review. It's more or less due to the fact that i also picked up the re-issue of the Rolling Stones' "Made in the Shade"--one of MY faves! Compared to them, Louis' light shone dimly, and well, I just thought it was mediocre.
