I just got back from the gym. Today was shoulder day.
15 min Bike
Shoulder Press:
1. 15 x 135 lbs
2. 10 x 155
3. 10 x 185
Shrugs:
1. 15 x 205
2. 12 x 225
3. 8 x 250
Shoulder Press (Dumbbells)
1 15 x 50
2 10 x 60
3 10 x 60
Upright Rows:
1 12 x 55
2 10 x 65
3 10 x 75
Some weird shoulder raises i used to do when I did southern shaolin
3 sets of 12 with a 8 lb weight
Some Crunches
30 min on the Bike
That was my workout for today. Maybe I should post it everyday that way I'll feel bad for skipping a day.
