I've shared here a liiiitle bit of my flex routine here lately and I want to share some of my happiness with you and maybe encourage people to change their minds and shoot for the stars, too 😁
I'd never practice anything in life to help with my flexibility and in 2017 I started dancing, but just having classes, a hobby only. Then, after a year, I decided I'd put more of me into it and I knew getting more flexible would help me, as it'd change a lot my range of movements and also make the ones I already did a lot better and more fluid.
But as a bunch of stuff in life, I started working on that and stopped like a week or two after 🤦🏻♀️ but now for this year I created this goal for myself that I'd work on that! So in mid January I set off on my flex journey and I'm completing one month working on it religiously, three or four times a week, and for that I'm proud already.
But now I'm gonna show you my before and after pictures, showing you how it was in 2018 (where I'm wearing silver gym pants) and how I am now 😁
*Notice the painful face above
I feel SOOOOO happy when I see the difference! I know I still have a long way to go so I can reach the level I want to, but still that's amazing!!
Btw: I'm 25yo, so I didn't start any of that at an "early age", and I hope people feel somewhat inspired to start things later in life, cause all it takes is will and dedication 💙
