I accepted a promotion at work a few weeks ago and I am starting to think it was a big mistake. I haven't been properly trained for the job, I'm doing work that was formerly done by two people and I am feeling completely overwhelmed. I was just so desperate to move out of the position I was in that I accepted this one without thinking it through.
