With summer right around the corner here are my top 3 summer tips:

1.- Keep hydrated

Drink lots of water and keep your skin and lips hydrated

2.- Be careful with the sun

Enjoy your vitamin D but remember to use sunscreen

3.- Try to get outside of crowded cities
