I took out my nipple rings...like 3 months ago... i had them peirced for 5 years and i had those barbells in them...when i gained weight the barbells got to small and started getting infected so i got new rings but it just wouldnt heal after that...i guess they were to used to a straight barbell that they couldnt handle a curved one... ah well......
