ok to today ended up being a pretty good day.... lol

i'm workout and got my ass handed to me by my trainer but i am feeling great and starting to see the long awaited results...

i cut my friends hair today and got to have some girl talk... which was REALLY needed!

now i am just relaxing in my underwear and going to keep that going...

OH and i have a phone call to make later tonight... hopefully...
