Go to www.bodyartforms.com and get a set of tapers and plugs no larger than a 16 or 14 at most. The taper will stretch your ear, and the plug will keep it stretched. Stretch after a hot shower and use cocoa butter to lubricate the taper. Hope that helps, and sorry it took me so long to reply!
