So I tried to go to work. My doctor's note only covered 2 days. I had talked to my boss - no doubles, no bar shifts, etc. I went in, spiked a fever, had to leave. Talked to my boss before I left. I am now on medical leave until I am better so that I am not taxing my body and can actually get better - for once - hopefully.

Today is nice out. I planted some seeds.

I didn't work too hard, but I cleaned up my gardening area on my patio.



My zombie mums are doing pretty well. I say zombie mums because they were dead. Or so I thought. Two months later here they are:



And my hydrangeas are doing great too! They even have new buds!





I really want to have a lot of flowers this spring. I got here way too late in the season last year. This year I want tons and tons of flowers and plants all over the front steps, all over my patio. LUSH! I want it to be LUSH!

Ahhh, so many choices! I love planting and gardening and flowers. I can't wait to see what I can get done.
