So the weekend wasn't too bad. The AC was functional at work on Saturday. It was nice to not feel like quoting the Wicked Witch of the West all night... 'I'm melting! I'm meeeelting!' In fact, I was back in a room we use for private parties... and it was like a cave! Guests were talking about wanting hoodies and sweaters. 
Plus, I have enough money for bills! Well... that only happened b/c the computer system made an error. We got struck by lightening a couple weeks ago. And the compis has been off since then. The manager looked over my report, which had me walking with $50 more than what the cash out report said. He must have been loaded on his Xanex (no really, he walks around talking about it most of the time...) because he let me keep it. I was more than willing to give it to them. But I got a free FITTY DOLLAHS! I proceeded to go have martinis with my friend at Applebee's, where we left the server a $20 tip - 50% of our bill. Which tip karma came back on Saturday!
So I still don't have a proctor for my damn placement test. They just can't go on my word that I need Math for Dummies the college course.
I wouldn't lie about my complete and total retardedness about math. Mike's mom is supposed to do it, but I then got a conflicting e-mail about it today! On a side note, after 2 bloody months, my records came in from the TEA!! So now I can get that to them before classes start.
+Paid most of my credit card bills today. Work before the final 2 are do (and so long as I don't go shopping while in at Victoria's Secret paying my bill all will be ducky!).
+Paid my car payment - early!
+Paid my state taxes.
+Got kitty out of the apartment before the building inspector from the city and the landlady came. It was an option of smuggle kitty or put kitty down. Yeah. Exactly.
Mike and I went to the beach today. It was so so so nice. And I wore my Pinup Girl cherry bikini. It was nice and hot out. And then there was the cold Atlantic water. I just have such issues with the Atlantic. It took forever to get used to, but then it was nice. Oh wait. The water was so so so uber salty today! I felt like I was gargling. And then it got in my eyes. Dude, it burned. It burns us precious!! Got checked out by a nasty perv old dude. He was talking to EVERY young girl once he was away from wifey throwing the pig skin with his kid.
Plus he looked like John Kerry.
We walked around the shops a little. The cherry print silk and chiffon scarf I wanted last time was sold out.
They have trouble keeping that and the Jolly Roger scarves in. 
Had lunch at a British owned and run fish and chips place - Go Fish! I love eating there! My server is always British, and oh that accent! I had a excellent organic lager. Organic tastiness. In a beer. And then I stopped into buy my Bush's Last Day sticker. I forgot last time I was down there. I proudly put it right beneath my Texas sticker. Oh the irony I know. 
So it was a nice day... with a NICE finish... Now I'm going to eat my pizza and watch Dawn of the Dead.
