As we near the end of 2014, I'm not shy in saying, THANK FUCK FOR THAT!!! What an ass of a year.
I spent the first half of the year unemployed and very much alone. I'm proud in how I came through it, still relatively positive and fighting to stay on top. Then after finding employment came the fight to prove myself. That rocked my confidence more than anything else. But now I've reached the final day of the year, I'm entering 2015 with new goals, ambitions, and plans. I'm determined to make this year work for me.
It starts off with the release of the film I wrote and produced, Pain Is Beautiful. It's taken much longer than I wanted for this to happen and I'm going to push it as much as possible. The next challenge is paying off the mountain of debt I built up during my unemployment. That will be tough, considering I need to live at the same time. I might have to live on noodles and steamed vegetables for a few months. Then I desperately want to get to Los Angeles and get to step into the hallowed halls of the San Diego Comic Con as well as meet all of the peeps who worked on Pain Is Beautiful. And finally, I want to have another film project, or two, off the ground before the end of the year.
As a side note, I'd actually like to start making friends within the SG community. I love visiting here and there are so many people who share my adoration of what SG represents as much as the beautiful women we come here to admire.
These seem like big goals, but I've never seen so much potential in the future as I do now. I guess time will tell if I am right or if I'm just dreaming big, as usual.
Here's to a big and bright 2015. I hope you all have a blast.
