Winter time has hit our town! It's been snowing heavily for two days but it finally stopped two days ago even though the temperature has been under 0 now. It's amazing to see such a white landscape after having had such a soft weather (except for the heavy rain).
I couldn't believe my eyes for a few days & it reminded me of my youth. I spent 5 years in Canada between my 6 & 11 years as a kid. Maybe I'm getting nostalgic at this time of the year.
Ice skating, snowballs, building a snowman...etc. These are these special activities that are printed in my memory when it comes to this weather.
I had been wishing for a white christmas but it seems that it'll only be a wish. All the ice & snow that is now a bedsheet over the usual scenery will be gone by next week.
Life in the winter is never sure over here because the weather can change so drastically. We'll see what the next days will bring us during the holliday season!
