kollapse fest was fucking awesome! we roadtripped 6 hours to richmond with chris hughes and his girlyfriend, simran. good people = great traveling buddies. richmond is one crazy city. we found an amazing comic book shop and used book store and wandered around the decrepit riverside park. massive boulders and derelict buildings - it's amazing that the city made that area into a public space.

chris and eric larson were super hospitable and let us crash in their gigantic and beautiful home. they cooked a ton of good food, both vegan and omnivorous, which is rare, at least in my town, to be fed non-vegan food on the road. they are both incredible individuals.

the video is quite horrible quality, but i thought they were really good. this was their first out-of-town gig; unfortunately, they didn't get naked onstage like they've been rumored to do.
