Ok, time for an update of sorts, even though i really don't have much to say.
I went to see Flogging Molly last weekend and I had a blast. I even took a few videos with my iPod, and one didn't turn out too bad. I didn't expect that they would play this song, so when I heard the intro, I was fumbling for the iPod. This song makes me think of someone, and I get teary-eyed every time i hear it.
I had fun and went to eat at the brewing company and hung out for a bit. I actually worked there under a different restaurant. It still looks the same. It is in an OLD building downtown, and when I worked there, it still had an elevator that had the hand control to level it to the floor.
I got a new computer!!!! I am now part of the mac revolution. Mine was getting pretty ghetto. Milo had heaved his girth on the lappy so much and slept , that he had broken the hinge internally. i couldn't loosen it and i couldn't open it, so i just bit the bullet and yanked it open and broke the hinge completely. It was also 4 years old and I was starting to get a bit worried about it. I told my dad about the mac. He said that a mac was the best that you can get. Keep in mind, that he is almost 72 and does NOT use a computer. i giggled at that one. I also explained about iPhones and the applications to him. I picked the 2 that i know that he would like, the level one and the barcode one that searches for the products. He REALLY likes that and wanted to know if the lappy could do that.
I am going to see Megzie and retrogirl next weekend! SQUEEEEEEEEEE! Epicness will ensue!
I am still stressed about my current job and it is certainly taking a toll on my health. my body is continuing to go haywire.i already walk a fine line healthwise and I need to either buck it up and stop letting it get to me or find another one.
Pollen infestation is still wrecking havoc on me and I have to be outside today. I will surely be bedridden tomorrow because of it.
Ok, I had better get motivated and start my errands. Have a great Mother's day!
