I had a hard day today at work. New software acting up, printing acting up, on the phone and with IT all afternoon. Just stressed.
I had my physical....well, half of my physical on monday. I have the other half and more bloodwork next week. Yay! I hated to tell my doctor what was going on in my life, but I had to. My therapist suggested that I ask my dr about upping my zoloft that i use to regulate my sleep cycles. I had to tell the dr about therapy-work-bi polar-relationships-anxiety-weight loss-stress in order to get the tests that I needed done and to up the zoloft. Hence the reason that my physical is in two stages. I was really embarrassed to tell her all this stuff, but she was great and understanding. She told me a lot of differant things and one thing in particular amazed me. She told me that her husband was bi-polar AND she told me that therapy wouldn't necessarily be helpful AND that they diagnose and treat at the doctor's office! WOW! She said that it is so common, you don't have to a therapist for a diagnosis. SO we worked out a few things. I am eating more and I am taking vitamins. I have upped my zoloft so I should be getting more sleep soon. Once I stop feeling so tired, I am going to start exercising. And once I get all my tests back, we will deal with what we have and go on from there.
Just insert some LL Cool J here: "Don't call it a comeback!"
