Got 5 injections in my back yesterday. Hurt like a bitch! I was freakin out....my normal heart rate is 79 bpm and I was 139 bpm when I was there....eek! I could have had a heart attack! My back hurt for the rest of the evening and was kinda sore but today it actually feels better. I havent woken up without serious back pain in 2 years. I am now considering doing the rest of the injections and even the spinal injection. Fuck this pain! I wanna do normal stuff again! I wanna get on the derby team!

That sounds painful.... Sorry to hear that, glad your feeling better! Isn't that low for a heart rate?

its super high! regular heart rate for "at rest" is between 70 and 100. Mine is typically no more than 85. But i bought a wrist monitor so I can keep an eye on it bc Im a little worried.
