To hurting: no way! Phoenix is so much better. At least you get a variety of things to do. If you hate Phoenix, you'd kill yourself if you lived in Yuma. There's alot of really cool people who live there. You must just be in the wrong crowd.

Your body will crave the simple carbs for a while and make you really really want to eat them anyway you can. My girl and I eat low carb (ala atkins) for general health reasons. One of the hardest things to get over is no soft drinks. People are so used to corn syrup in everything that it's really a shock when you stop eating it. Did you cook alot before you started and do you cook now?
