It is a lazy Sunday morning here in the warm state of Wyoming...31 degrees, on its way up to 36 (damn near hot).
I am feeling better today, my friends called me from the Mardi Gras parade last night to tell me they missed me and were catching beads for me (also obviously having a drink for me as well..but that is what you do at Mardi Gras in Louisiana, where there are no real 'open container laws'). Another friend helped cheer me up after I got a little weepy from missing my girlfriends.
I may work on a painting I have been letting linger...I feel inspired today...could be because I ended up having a very lovely evening last night and woke up feeling good.
For some dumb fuck reason, my neighbor has shaved their evil devil cat...in the summer this would have made me laugh; however, it is winter! And the mean little shit is outside shivering; he is too mean to be invited into my house though. I am pretty sure that my little girl cat was making fun of him through the window this morning...I swear I saw her pointing and giggling.
