today can truely SOD OFF.
i had my disciplinary meeting today.
the guy was 2 half hours late... which meant i was waiting around getting more and more nervous.
he wrote my final written warning (i havent even had a verbal warning, or a 1st written warning).
then he ripped it up and made me promise i would do better next time.
but in the process he made me cry, feel like a right shit employee, undermine me, and made me feel about 2 inches tall.
he told me i could keep my job as long as i improve.
tomorrow i will be looking for a new job. i have decided im not working for this company anymore. its making me old, unhappy and fat =(

That's bullshit that they would treat you like that. I don't blame you one bit for jumping ship, I'd be doing the same if my company ever did that to me.

Yeah sounds like you need out of that place..I ahd a job liek that where I always felt depressed and pissed off while working there and it started to effect my personal life so I said enough and quit..been the ebst decision ever...oh and about the guy thing...i dunno go meet someone you're pretty so I'm sure it wont be hard meeting someone..have a great rest of the labor day weekend ttyl
