That last blog was somewhat "boring". This one will be to.
I'm not so sick anymore. It can still be slightly heard in my voice that my speech is still more nasal than usual. I'm a little backed up in the breathing area. Not so much mucus though.
I'm kind of happy with the way I've been going to the gym as of late. I signed up last December and have been going on average three days a week. Idiot me forgot to take a picture when I first started to track my progression. I am happy with the results for now. I'm feeling stronger than I did when I first started. I've partially reached my objective.
I got home from work about 45 minutes ago and stepped into my ice cold room. I cranked up the heat and shed myself from the shell of this winter coat and the weight on my shoulder known as my gym bag. I turn on the light and find a "nasty" surprise. No, it wasn't the credit card bill sitting on my laptop keyboard but the spider under it.
Now, it's not so much a phobia as it is a revulsion to small spiders. I don't like them due to their size. I could handle the larger variety (tarantula and the likes) because I could "easily" spot them were I to encounter one of them.
This one, by sheer luck, was easier to spot due to its beige coloured body and legs. I didn't waste a minute and promptly removed it, without killing it, from my keyboard using my project notes. Smart move.
Right now it's probably hiding under my desk next to the heater hoping for some stray insect to come its way.
A little video to finish things off.
A friend of mine posted this on Facebook. I couldn't stop laughing. These guys are pure entertainment.
