it's almost time to dye my hair again, maybe... maybe blueblack this time. though if i'm going to, i promise that i'll get pictures taken with the red first.
i feel restless. like i want to start pacing. i have really not that much to be restless and pacing about, but still.. i feel very brittle for some reason. maybe i need a vacation - if i can find a cheap enough way to do that. i need to have my sweetie check on his aunt's house on the coast - she was thinking of renting it out, and maybe she'd let us have a special deal on it.. i bet i could get a job doing something at the coast, and then we could go to the beach every day all summer if we wanted to. not that it'd be warm enough to swim or sun that much or anything, but it'd still be nice. i like to walk on the beach. i especially like to walk on the beach and sing, but then i feel kind of silly for some reason. i like tidepools too.. poking anemones is fun. we saw a tidepool once that must have been eight feet deep at least, but only four feet diameter. it was an almost perfect circle, and the water was very still and very clear. ostensibly because it was so deep so water stayed in it all the time, the sides were even more paved with sea-life than tidepools usually are. red and green and orange.. little silver fishies glinting around.. looking in tidepools always makes me feel 11 years old or so..
i put a couple of pictures in the my pics thingy. yay!

Tidepools fascinate me, too. Not only the life in them, but the idea of water sweeping in and then out, and leaving varied creatures behind, preserved alive in small communities that seem much more interesting than the larger, more "dramatic" one.
