i am actually updating. yay for me. i havent been on here forever. it has been a crazy few weeks. i have been in therapy for my agoraphobia. i was trying to work it all out without meds, but that didnt pan out. so now i am on meds..again..yay..not. they arent really working yet. but hopefully something will work and soon, i am tired of not leaving the house.
other than that, lifes great. yay. i have to go to bed now. i have to get up early and then work a split shift. oh joy.

Have you tried meditation, or other techniques for phobias?
