Time for a happier blog, well partly anyway. It's movie review time. I saw Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters and Parker

Now for the serious stuff. I have been running through my cognitive behaviour drills pretty hard, and exercising like a fiend to change the sound track in my head, it has helped, as has the messages from people here so thank you all. I had wondered about renewing my membership, but this has validated my reasons for renewal so thanks.
