Just a quick post, saw Gatsby last night, the review is here The Great Gatsby (2013) I was surprised by how much of the novel I remembered as the movie went on considering it was around twenty years ago that I read it. Not a Leo fan but he played Gatsby well and really I would recommend the film.

So who's got tickets to Star Trek: Into Darkness two days before it's release? Yep this guy!!! So early review for everyone. Here is my Iron Man 3 review again.
Also I'm seeing Gatsby on Tuesday so that's going to be two reviews back to back, maybe. I'm not sure if I'm going to be reviewing Gatsby or not, but I'll try. I'm sure there...

nice to know that

First my review ofIron Man 3 now for the real blog.
What started out as a really good weekend ended out pretty horrible. Let's start with the good part of my weekend. Earlier in the week I reconnected with a friend that I hadn't seen in 20 years. She was one of my first crushes and hearing from her out of the blue like...

Whatever the bad side of your weekend was, I hope it's long forgotten now, or at least pushed back to where it belongs.
Glad you got to see your friend again. Sometimes talking to someone you haven't seen for such long time is almost therapeutic.
Ha, I'm just happy that the parrot didn't poop on me. But imagine the photo if it did...
Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure that Ravenous will never see the FP, but I'll leave it where it is as a reminder that I have to and can do better.
Oh, and that's a great review. I'm looking forward to it even more now.

First here is my review of Pain & Gain give it a read, like and a comment, I would love to hear from you about it.
Now here is where the blog gets a little more serious.
I'm a little lost. Now I know that seems strange, my previous entries have been positive, I've been moving forward, I've had a plan, it seemed like things...

I missed you too

So my review for Oblivion is up on The Jedi Report Still happy with how things are going and in fact it may be paying off, not romantically but I may end up with a new job, and while not in my chosen field it is still better than what I am doing now and full time. New job, new people and new opportunities. Also...

Damn, and I was really hoping that Oblivion would be good. It certainly looked good, but yeah - never believe the hype.
Hahaha, glad you like the video and my accent. I felt horribly awkward filming that, because I was reading off the computer and couldn't see myself. You're all lucky you didn't see me pulling even more funny faces.
I'm useless in water, unless there are no waves. In that case, I might last an hour or two (if it's not too cold).

aww, thanks for your support, it makes me really happy!!
So I am a nice guy, and I am at peace with that. There may be long droughts where I am single but when I do have a relationship they tend to be long lasting and fulfilling. So regardless of what happens with either of the girls to which I show interest I am confident that I will remain happy with myself.
It seems strange,...

I'm guessing this has something to do with the dream you've mentioned? Dream or no dream, that's a very healthy attitude, and not many people are strong enough to reach that point.

So here is my review for 42 The biopic film of Jackie Robinson. 42 It was a good time but the unofficial date with the new woman..... Turns out she is still has some interest in my friend from a one time encounter in college over 10 years ago. He has ZERO interest in her however so there may be some hope yet, although I've...

You always make me giggle (in the best way possible).
Wait, your unofficial date is still crushing on a guy from college, because of something that happened 10 years ago? I don't know my friend, that's not very healthy. You're a big boy, though, just be careful.
Scary Movie 5?! Does that even exist?! The last time any of the Scary Movies was fun (never scary) was when I was 15.

Well it has been an interesting weekend. After the coffee date that ended in bad news for me, my friend (the one that recently separated) decided that I needed a night out. I was planning to see Evil Dead anyway but he decided to bring a woman, and wow. I don't normally let my jaw fall to the floor, but damn looks and attitude, and...

Three blogs in a week! I haven't done that since the second week of February. This is a short one though, just a plug really my review of the new G.I. I almost did it, two blog posts in a week, if I wasn't so distracted yesterday it actually would have but it was a pretty big day for me in a hockey sense. I played for the first time in a very long time, and strangely enough wasn't the worst player on the ice. We still lost but I had a good time. Then my...

Nothing much to report today, other than a little disappointment. We did not get media credentials for Niagara Falls Comic-Con. I got the email today short sweet, hoping to hear from us next year and see us as guests this year. It is unfortunate but we will still go in and report on what we find there although I may be a little less gracious...

Damn, I'm sorry about the credentials. But I'm sure if you find out whys and hows, the next year you'll get it for sure.
I'm sure I'll enjoy the trip and a month off when the time comes, but unfortunately you have to put up with me for another 5 months or so.
