I guess its just me...
Anyways so happy its friday. I'm even more happy that its a cloudy day. #1 it won't be as hot. #2 it will be less busy at the pool.(plus its a holiday weekend and many of the lesson kids aren't coming) #3 it affords me more oportunities with a certain someone. I am kind of down that I have to work all weekend but the good thing is that I'll be working with her.
I went and saw farenheight 9/11 yesterday and it was probably the most depressing and agravating movie out there. Not only does it make me really distrust our political system it makes me really wonder if there is jack crap you can do about it. He does bring up some very valid points though. #1 what are we gonna do about the poor numbers in our military. Although he does not directly say it DRAFT.... What frightens me even more is that the young people aren't demanding a choice from our presidential cantidates. How are we to know who is opposed to this draft? I really don't want to be sent off to Iraq whilst I'm in college. If I could be gauranteed a place stateside fixing stuff I'd do it but major combat would be stupid to put me in. Sure I've shot things before, but its never been people. And my hicup problem is a very bad thing... I randomly get hiccups that are very loud, I don't know what causes them. Another problem would be my ankle/leg I really can't run for all that long before it hurts like a mofo. That may be my one hope for medical discharge. You've gotta love skating injuries. BTW if you get drafted, it may not be such a bad idea to break your leg. It'd atleast give you another couple months to get out of the country...
