Still on the workout high. I have been doing pretty well with eating a lot of healthy stuff and staying active. I am on schedule to lose 60 lbs by 12.31.05.
I just really want to find out what is under all of my extra stuffing. I've never been 'thin' per se, but before childbirth, I did have a pretty flat stomach. Now that's all covered up and I am trying to shed my fluffiness.
I hope to post some good stats on here about lbs and inches lost very soon. I am working out way too hard to not make positive progress.
